OOTD: Pink Perfection

Hi Everyone!

I have been loving the Atlantic-Pacific x Halogen collection that is exclusively at Nordstrom.  The collection is SO adorable and the pieces are incredibly flattering, fun, and versatile.  I have found SO many goodies and I love how they pair so well with my favorite J. Crew and Madewell wardrobe favorites.  This look is one of my faves.  This tulle skirt is seriously perfection. It is not too bulky and the layers are so feminine and dainty.  I love how this skirt is styled pairing different variations of pink together.  It is a classic, bold, and eye-catching look that will never go out of style.  And, may we please talk about this amazing shirt?!?! Bows + pearls = absolute perfection.  This blouse is stunning and it pairs SO well with other great pieces in this Halogen collection and already in my wardrobe.

I love everything about this look.  The crystal embellished shoes and the pearl earrings add the perfect finishing touches to this feminine and girly look.  Pink is one of my favorite colors, so I am always happy to wear pink on pink on pink!!! I took a size Large in the skirt, a size 14 in the jacket, and a size XL in the blouse.  The pieces in the collection have been fitting pretty true to size; however, the website description notes that this jacket fits small and I totally agree with that.  I would not have been able to wear a size 12.  The sizing information the Nordstrom has been incredibly helpful.  Also, most of the skirts in this collection have elastic waistbands, which means that you can likely size down.  Again, I have really been loving how these pieces pair so well with many of my faves already in my wardrobe!

This styling possibilities for this skirt are endless.  I wore it with the pink jacket in the images above to church, but the skirt also looks great with a leather jacket or dressed down casually with sneakers and a fun sweater.  I would also pair this skirt with pops of green,  a fatigue jacket, stripes, or a camo sweater.
