Hi Everyone!
I hope that you’re doing well. We’re doing well and doing our part to flatten the curve by staying at home. We’ve been venturing out only to grab carryout from our favorite local restaurants and to grab necessities from the grocery store. We’re living in super scary times, so I hope that you’re taking care of yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally. We’ve been binge watching shows on HGTV and spending time laughing a LOT. We will get through this.
As I have said in previous posts, I am committed to keeping this space light and fun. So, today, I am sharing one of my favorite J. Crew dresses. For years, I avoided wearing (and even looking at) anything with yellow in it. For some reason, I thought that I could not wear the color. I am SO glad that I was wrong! The J. Crew Collection Button-Up Shift Dress in Ratti Floral Print is hands down one of my favorite dresses. The dress is silk and it is fully lined. The print is SOOOO gorgeous and versatile. I LOVEEEE the retro/mod vibe and the striking details. The buttons and the ruffles around the neck (it’s described as a “ruffle bib” on the website) add the perfect feminine touches to an incredibly beautiful print. I took my normal size 16, so fit is TTS in my opinion.
Here are IRL pictures of the gorgeous dress featuring the two ways that I have styled it. Photos by Samantha Moore Photography:
And, here are pictures of the dress styled with the J. Crew Colorblock Mary Jane Pumps.
These shoes fit TTS. And, I will include other cute options below!
