Monochromatic Monday!

Hi Everyone!

Happy Monday!!! I hope that you had the best weekend! I have been a little quiet on the blog because I had surgery last Monday (a hysterectomy, but more on that later because it is something that I think women really need to discuss). I am at home and recovering extremely well, thank God!

Today, I want to share two fun monochromatic looks that I cannot wait to wear once I recover fully. I love a good monochromatic look because it is SOOOO classic, and obviously, versatile. The J. Crew Two-Toned Merino Wool Skirt caught my eye immediately because of how it is styled on the website with a sweater in the same hue as the skirt; the website image pairs the skirt with tall cream boots, too!

The J. Crew Dalton Topcoat in Glen Plaid English and the Oslo Soft Leather Crossbody Bag are the perfect complements for this monochromatic look! The coat fits TTS and is SOOOO versatile. 10/10 recommend.

I took my normal size XL in the skirt, but I could have sized down to a Large, too. So, the fit is TTS to roomy in my opinion.
