I hope that you’re having the best weekend! And, happy mother’s day ***IF*** you’re a mom! It has been a quiet and productive weekend around here filled with tons of errands and quality time with my amazing hubby! Today, I want to share one of my favorite recent purchases, the J. Crew Drapey Long Parke Printed Blazer (and pants) in Cupro Blend. I love a cute, colorful bold pattern and this one is perfect for summer! And, the material is SO soft, SO breathable, and SO airy! The versatility is off the charts, too. There are SO many cute and fun ways to style this pattern and this suit. I love that the suit can be worn as a suit or as separates. This fabrication is also offered in a variety of solid colors including a stunning summer green and ivory.
Styling the J. Crew Printed Blazer (and pants) in Cupro Blend:
I styled my suit with a classic wardrobe builder that I reach for over and over again, the J. Crew Washable Silk Charmeuse Camisole Top. This camisole is the perfect layering piece and it pairs well with sweater-jackets, with blazers, and with denim jackets. I have exceeded the cost per wear with this classic piece. Because the pattern of the suit is so bold, I went with the ivory version of the camisole, neutral shoes, silver earrings, and a classic clutch.
Here are IRL images of the outfit. Photos by Tina J. Smith Photography:
The blazer would look great paired with a classic white v-neck t-shirt, distressed denim, and white converse sneakers. And, the pants would look great paired with the ivory camisole without the blazer. This pattern is striking and it is perfect for summer! I purchased my typical size 16 in the blazer and in the pants, so fit is TTS in my opinion.
