Without question, J. Crew is my favorite store. Next to J. Crew, Anthropologie is my favorite store. Unfortunately, we don’t have an Anthropologie where I live. So, I rely heavily on Anthro blogs to help me with sizing, and to determine which I items I want to try on/scope out when I’m traveling. After seeing Jenni’s review of the Fresh as Air Top or Braxton Top and the Ampay Necklace HERE, I knew that I wanted to try these items, and boy am I glad that I did. I’m a sucker for polka dots and super cute necklaces! Here are a few IRL pictures of the necklace and top:
I haven’t mastered the art of taking my own pictures, so I apologize for this blurry image. Here is another quick snap that my wonderful husband took:
So, I need your help: is this top too cropped for me? Please weigh in!
I also grabbed a necklace I’ve been eyeing on the website for weeks, the Hollowed Harmonics Necklace. Here is an IRL picture:
Finally, I knew that I had to have the Paso Fino Sandals seen below when I saw the wonderful Roxy review these shoes on her amazing blog, Effortless Anthropologie HERE.
I was able to grab these shoes when I was in San Francisco last week, and I had them shipped to me. Upon arrival, however, I realized that these shoes are not going to work for me. Here are a few IRL pictures of the shoes that demonstrate that they’re too big in the back, and that my toe is too close to the front/edge:
These shoes are going back, unfortunately.
What do you think of these Anthropologie items? Do tell!
Thanks for stopping by!
