Hi Everyone!
We haven’t been venturing outside much beyond going to pickup food or for quick trips to the grocery store. I’ve had about three hair appointments and I have gotten two pedicures. Other than that, we have been in the house. I am comforted by how my hair appointments and pedicures have been super spaced out to avoid contact with other patrons. Last night, I was the only person in the salon while getting a pedicure and everyone who worked there was wearing a mask and sanitizing frequently. This past Saturday, I had a private shopping appointment at Draper James and there was one another person in the store who purchased a dress and left quickly. Both of the associates were wearing masks (and so was the other person in the store), so that was incredibly comforting.
I have not been inside the Draper James store much since it opened here a few years ago. I absolutely LOVEEEE the brand, but many of the dresses that I adore have not been offered in a size 16. I am super excited to see that the brand is extending its sizing. I walked into the store wearing chambray on chambray Saturday, but I purchased this adorable gingham sweatshirt that I didn’t want to take off, so I wore it out of the store! I took my normal size XL and it feels SOOOOOO comfortable and cozy. I am definitely adding Draper James to the list of my favorite retailers. I love the preppy clothes and the customer service in the store was exemplary (thanks Sara and Emily)! I ordered this gorgeous dress a week ago that I cannot wait to get my hands on!
Here is a Madewell fitting room picture featuring the sweatshirt (I stopped by Madewell to pick up these fantastic white jeans after I left Draper James. The jeans fit TTS, too):
Here are a few of my other favorite finds from Draper James (affiliate links below)! These Keds are SOOOOO adorable that they came home with me, too! I took my normal size 9.
And, the look that I am wearing in the image above:
Thanks for stopping by and have a magnificent Monday!

Adorable, and that denim shirt under it just works!
